Episode 1

 

A Whole New World

WELCOME TO THE NEW WORLD -  Prue and Jo find themselves in a new world courtesy of a powerful curse. Prue must find a way around Wyatt's mysterious new wife, and her own husband, to get answers about the new reality. Meanwhile, the remainder of the Destined Ones remains peacefully unaware of the shift in their lives. Jo makes a discovery about her fate.

Episode 2

Dangerous Alliance 

SIOBHAN RETURNS  -  A desperate Jo tries to convince Bianca that she's telling the truth, while Prue's powers surprise her family. Jared makes a dangerous alliance with Siobhan in an attempt to kill the only people who can ruin his plans, while Jessica attempts to move up her timeline. Meanwhile, Melinda's surprising invitation to lunch leaves Prue wondering if her family will ever believe the truth.

Episode 3

Memories from a Faraway Past 

IT'S JUST A LITTLE BIT OF CRAZY  - Prue uses her latest appointment to convince Dr. Blanche Dubois that something is off with the new world. Her magical tactics lead Blanche to a surprising source with memories of their own. Chris confides in Melinda about a series of concerning nightmares, while Tamora plans her engagement party at P3. Meanwhile, an investigation into a mysterious woman leads Junior, Chris, Melinda, and Melissa into a confrontation with an Angel of Death. Jared and Bianca also appear.

Episode 4

Warren Blood is Thicker Than Water

THE TRUTH HURTS, DOESN'T IT? -When an innocent woman is killed, Jared makes her an offer for revenge in exchange for doing a little work for him. Prue attempts to navigate her new life while protecting Jo, but a realization about Cassandra sidetracks her priorities. Elsewhere, Chris' memories intensify and the truth brings Piper home. Finally, Jessica/Alternate and Ella spend the day together, while Melinda struggles with an offer from Jo.

We, Charmed 

 DÉJÀ VU ALL OVER AGAIN  -   Intent now more than ever to prove her story, Prue enlists the help of Bianca and Leo to activate the power of three. But her plan goes awry when Bianca is kidnapped by a vengeful Siobhan. Meanwhile, Omega and Sigma release a powerful Vortex demon who sets its sights on the Destined Ones, in the hopes of unlocking the power of nine once more.

Episode 6

Let the Fire Start

ENTER, THE FIRESTARTER   -  Prue reveals the truth to her mother in an attempt to sort out her memories, despite Phoebe being reluctant. But when Phoebe receives a premonition she begins to believe her daughter. Meanwhile, Wyatt is assigned a new charge, Michaela Gilbert, whose dreams of the dark future allow her to form a bond with Prue, who uses her powers to see Michaela's visions. A hypothermic patient stumps Ethan, so he reaches out to Pandora for help.

Land of the Gods

 WELCOME TO THE PAST - When a faithful servant of the Queen Isis of Egypt recognizes Prue, he tells the Charmed Ones of their duty to help his Queen. Upon reading a magical inscription, the Charmed Ones are whisked away to a time of magic and Egyptian Gods. When Prue realizes the dangers of crossing paths with her past life, she attempts to avoid the Goddess but receives a hopeful message in the process. In the present, Jo mingles in Wyatt and Jessica's relationship and discovers something shocking. Chris, Jared, Wyatt, and Osiris also appear.

Episode 8

The Truth Won't Set You Free 

WHAT A MESS THIS WORLD IS  - When Pandora casts a truth spell and accidentally infects Jessica, Prue, and Wyatt, they fear that the secrets they've each been keeping will be exposed. Meanwhile, Omega's latest plot forces Jo and Wyatt to work together to enhance his bond with Prue and find her before it's too late. Finally, Chris and Melinda decide to confront Jo. Cassandra and Junior form an unlikely alliance.

Episode 9

Black Mirror: The 100

 THE 100TH EPISODE OF DESTINED   - Tamora helps Sebastian find an ancient Prussian mirror through Whitmore Enterprises Archaeology departments, but is left shocked when the mirror ends up being a century-old prison of a demon who needs 100 souls to escape. Lured by the call of the mirror, Sebastian and Tamora find themselves trapped inside leaving Jo to search for the ancient witch responsible for the curse. Meanwhile, Prue struggles with holes in her memories and pleads with her family to remind her of the truth if she were to forget again. When Jared's memory potion begins to take effect on Prue, she begins remembering a love she thought she lost a long time ago.

Episode 10

What Is and Never Was 

CONFUSED MINDS  -When Michaela's dream shows a glimpse of the reality they've been forced to forget, she uses magic to induce her visions and solve the puzzle that is the new reality. Wyatt receives surprising news when Jessica's appointment takes a turn. Prue struggles to keep a foot in both realities prompting Jared to take advantage of her vulnerability. Meanwhile, upper-level magical beings begin to appear while Sigma and Omega struggle to find the moment that Jared used to change reality. Omega appears to an unlikely friend carrying some answers. Elsewhere, a mysterious demon takes the life essences of humans, sparking the attention of Chris and Bianca.

Episode 11

Magical Trip Down Memory Lane 

MIDSEASON FINALE   - Prue dives into her life with Nate, unaware of Jo's struggle to remain in a world she doesn't belong to anymore. Meanwhile, Alyssa gives Chris her Cupid Ring in the hopes that Wyatt seeing his past lives will help him remember who he's truly meant to be with. But his conflicting feelings about Jessica's pregnancy threatens his acceptance of reality. Michaela's situation becomes dire when Jared refuses to let her sleep, but Paige and Piper offer an interesting solution just as things take a possessive turn. And in the Season 5 midseason finale, Chris must race against the universe itself to convince Wyatt of his love for Prue, while Jo fades into an existence that even the Destined Ones can't stop.

Episode 12

Deadly Stingers 

 LOOK WHERE WE ARE NOW  -  Jo, now trapped in a strange plane of existence, is unable to help her family now that they've regained their memories. The Warrens try to find a way back to their own reality, but a resurgence in the Underworld factions creates an untimely distraction. Meanwhile, Junior tries to avoid an inquisitive Melissa, Bianca makes a surprising discovery, and Jared grows impatient with his sister.

Episode 13

Your Wish Is My Command 

OH, MY GENIE  -  When a genie's lamp goes missing, The Elders ask Junior and Sebastian for help. When Tamora accidentally makes three wishes, she is transported inside the lamp with Ethan. Meanwhile, Armand, Alexia, and Jared all make a play for the lamp, while Sebastian grows suspicious of Jessica.

Episode 14

Danger in the Dark

 DISCOVERIES  - AJessica's plans to have a child are revealed to Jared, leading her to start a forced friendship with Prue. Meanwhile, Jared enlists the help of a demon to force Prue to relieve her worst feelings. Also, Chris discovers Bianca's secret, while Melinda makes a discovery.

Episode 15

Off With Their Heads 

WAR IS COMING  - The Underworld factions grow stronger and Leora makes her move against the Destined Ones. Chris is forced to tell Ella the truth, Prue goes head-to-head with Jessica during a baby shower, and Jo begins to lose hope.

Episode 16

 The Curious Birth of the Blessed Twins

PRUE GIVES BIRTH TO THE TWINS   - n a desperate attempt to right the wrongs of the reality-warping, Prue tells Nate the truth, leading to a fight between Nate and Wyatt. Meanwhile, Jessica accelerates the birth of the twins with help from The Crone and Armand. As Prue tries to fight the magical circumstances, Bianca and Ella work together to defeat the Queen of Hearts. With the Destined Ones on separate missions, they are left vulnerable.

Episode 17

Charmed by Darkness 

 SAVING JO    -  Creatures arrive in San Francisco, forcing the Destined Ones to take action. Meanwhile, Jo convinces Loretto to bend the rules, leading to Wyatt and Prue finally learning the truth of their daughter's whereabouts. The couple are forced to ask someone from their past for help in saving Jo's life, but will the answer be the one they want?

Beast Me Out 

 BEASTS OF SAN FRANCISCO  -  With Wyatt on sabbatical, Melissa steps in to fill his shoes. She grows suspicious over Vera and her connection to the new beasts, and enlists the help of Melinda, Damon, and Junior. Meanwhile, Nate struggles to accept the truth, while Jared and Jessica make an unprecedented move.

Episode 19

Almighty Twice Blessed Power 

 
FAMILY OR FOE?  - Now manipulated by Jared and Jessica, Peri tries to steal the Book of Shadows. With their daughter now their enemy, Prue and Wyatt find a demon with a key piece of information. As the events of the past reach a breaking point, Peri must pick a side while the others race to learn more about the event that changed everything.

Episode 20

The Curse of the Mummies’ Tombs 

The Curse of the Mummies’ Tombs  - - After a famous artist's collection arrives at the museum, Tamora but is warned by an old friend that some of the items are cursed - including a pair of Egyptian coffins. When the artist opens the coffins during a live stream, he and his entire team are infected with the ancient curse. With little time remaining to break the curse and return the coffins to the Valley of the Kings, Tamora goes to her cousins for help. Meanwhile, the Charmed Ones discover another clue in defeating Jared.

Episode 21

The Enemy of My Enemy 

THE END BEGINS NOW  -  Finally knowing the event that altered their reality, the Charmed Ones travel back in time to save an old foe to save their past, present, and future. As they work to repair reality, the rest of the group must work together against Jared's attacks. With magic exposed to the world, they must also navigate their mortal lives.

Episode 22

Game Over 

MOVING ON IS HARD TO DO  -  As the Destined Ones attempt to get back to their lives, the knowledge of Jared's existence and protection follows them. With the Avatar's potion nearly complete, Ruby makes an unusually helpful move. Their plans are accelerated when one of their own falls into the hands of Jared and Melinoe.

Episode 23

The Flight of the Phoenix 

RACE AGAINST TIME -   With the truth regarding Bianca's fate looming, Prue and Wyatt are forced to tell Melinda about Bianca and her unborn child's fate. Together, they must find Siobhan before she sets off a series of catastrophic events. Meanwhile, Melinoe, who harbors her own grudge against the Destined Ones, offers herself to help Siobhan in having her revenge. Finally, Chris fights to save the woman he loves when she takes an unexpected turn.

Episode 24

I’ll Carry Your Heart With Me

IN MEMORIUM -Still reeling from a devastating loss, Chris sets off on a dangerous path while Prue juggles motherhood and grief. Elsewhere, Siobhan sets her plan in motion in a surprising way. Finally, Prue, Wyatt, and Chris make a final attempt to save Bianca.

Episode 25

Paradox of a Lifetime 

 A MAGICAL CROSSOVER EVENT - A demon from the Astral Plane opens a portal to an alternate reality where nothing is as it should be, and all is different. Prue and Wyatt are thrust into a world where the Chosen Ones are the heirs to the Halliwell lineage. Meanwhile, two of the Chosen Ones arrive and must work with the Destined Ones to fix their realities.
